Mark was born in Athens, Greece and raised here in South Windsor. His parents are from Baghdad, Iraq and he is a Chaldean Catholic, an Eastern Rite Church which dates back from the time of St. Thomas the Apostle, the Evangelizer of the East. He graduated from OLMC Elementary School in 2005 and Holy Names High School in 2009. Mark attended St. Peter’s Seminary in London Ontario and Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit Michigan. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Divinity (Theology). 

He enjoys reading and the outdoors. If you care to discuss history or learn some Aramaic, let him know!

He hopes that we can be a beacon of God’s powerful presence in South Windsor and beyond. His “modus operandi” is to keep Christ as our foundation in all that we do and help lead others to experience all that God has promised to us.
